Thank you for shopping with BARE. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST), on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods (new launches, sales, and holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time = processing time + transit time. Estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on destination and carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

BARE is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. BARE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us so we can help.

For packages lost in transit or arriving damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and (for damaged items) photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control — carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, or peak-season volume. We appreciate your patience and will assist you in tracking down delayed shipments wherever possible.
